You have to have an attitude and over-the-top confidence to make this crazy style conundrum work. I can see Taylor Tomasi, Anna Dello Russo, or Giovanna Battaglia in this. Is this a dress for everyday? No. For the girl-next-door? Certainly not. For the fearless, crazy, man repelling, insanely fashionable with devil-may-care attitude? Hell yeah!
