Some items are best left on a shelf. The above booties by Maison Martin Margiela seen at Net-a-Porter.com are a great example of shoes that are better left standing on a pedestal - forever destined to be looked at rather than walked in. They look great and are certainly works of art in their on right. The mesh fabric is the worrying part here, which surely turns the most well-cared for feet into hurting little lumps.
