Pink is a big thing for this spring & summer. Pleats have been popular last summer and seem to be still going strong right now. Though I must say that pleats should be bought and worn with caution. Abstain if your lower half is wider and curvier than your upper half as pleats pack in the visual pounds and create a rather clowny, fashion-victim appeal in the eye of the beholder. The above dress is painful to my eyes. The skirt should have had one length instead of this. The colour is great as well as the top and the fabric, which is sporty, young and fresh. But as a whole it is a no-no to me. It looks more like a design experiment -never to be worn.
