Admittedly, I am a sucker for lace. Not any kind of lace obviously. There are some lace fabrics out there that only make you look like you have just robbed Primark - that desperate and CHEAP.
The above picks are some of the best lace pieces I have seen.
Beware though not to pair lace on lace as that would be too much of a good thing, which turns quickly into a very bad thing.
Great combo options would be to go high/low: pairing a cotton tee with a lace skirt or a leather biker with a lace dress or a lace top with a leather legging. On the other side, you could opt for a high/high option, whereby you take a lace skirt and pair it with a silk blouse and add some jewels, heels and a blazer.
Voila. Tres chic!
