Beautifully eclectic place.
Reading the corresponding article made it even sweeter. Jessica explains it was fate that decided it for her to buy this place: As a starving student she used to go to the restaurant opposite of it to eat with her nana's $20 once a week.
A life lived appreciatively and gratefully is a life lived wonderfully (in my opinion).
