Caitlyn Jenner AKA Bruce - Vanity Fair

Respect. When I first saw this picture this was not the first word that came to mind. I must admit I had not read the title so only subconsciously knew who this is but looking at this wo/man I just felt I had seen her/him before. Something was on but something clearly was off in how the thighs just bulged a little too much for such a skinny top.

Now I feel respect - for Bruce some but mostly for the family who are now brought into public, into this confusing space of learning to accept that their once known father is a woman now.

And when one looks at the above person - as much as it surely is supposedly a stroke of freedom to be on the cover of VF- it also displays the still imprisonment (see the arms above and how they are almost locked behind) of the soul within the past and within the peoples' perceptions of what was past and what no longer is. Change is never easy to accept - least of all a sex change.

There is something beautiful though - her eyes are full of strength telling us all to fxxx off.

And right she is.

Beautiful!

Jennifer is one of those women that are young enough to be sexy and not Lolita-esque but old enough to be classy and chic - all at the same time.

I love the above because it alludes to Jennifer's edgier, sexier side which is not totally obvious looking at her; this makes the above almost unexpected.
