When I saw this new top by Zac Posen on the Net-a-Porter website the other day, I had to do a double-take. It clearly is a feat of design skill with its ruched organza applique. I love the ivory silk chiffon that evokes romantic evenings in the sunset. It reminds me of soft armour in the way it is shaped as well as in the way it seems to let the shoulders rise and increase in size. The bust with its tiny buttons is quite fascinating too. Though it is neither wearable nor for everyday but rather a piece of art that should be looked at rather than worn.
