As an utmost visual person and a lover of great editorials, stunning nature, etc. I could not help but share the above. I must admit, Bella who is stunning in her own right, is not of much importance here but those rocks simply get me. And the dark water beneath. It reminds me of a time, long ago, on an island that was unfamiliar to me, yet oh so familiar to my other half at the time. We were kayaking and simply had the best time ever. And also navigated around just such rocks. Though being all the way below looking up, they did not come across as stunning but rather obtrusive, dark and menacing.
When the tide came one day ever so surprising and violently and we were thrust into the rocks, it may have not ended well but it did. Though that one single moment, the moment where you single handedly think, 'didn't we just have the best time ever? How can it turn so quickly into an uncontrollable danger?'
Life is like that too. Depending from what angle you look and how long you allow yourself to think those thoughts that are really meant to drive out life's living hunger beast that is what makes it or breaks it.
But look at those rocks from this angle. Aren't they not just signifiers of the power of nature but also of the power of you. A personification of your inner angst made visual and visible.
Embrace it and turn it into something good, valuable and positive.
