Chic Pink - Jenna Lyons & Aerin Lauder
The power of shocking pink should not be underestimated.
As you can see from my two choices above: it can either highlight an already fabulous colour combination (in Jenna's case) or give a fresh all-over accent (in Aerin's case).
Especially, in the approaching dark and grey winter season it is fun to play with summer colours such as bright, warm oranges and yellows as well as with reds and the eponymous shocking pink from above.
I am personally a big fan of shocking pink with navy.
But play in your own right, dear lovely chicette!

Chic Lust of the Day - Mango Electric Blue Wool Coat
I am quite impressed. And when I say that - it carries weight. I do not say that very often. So Mango does to be a different path these days. It has been ok. But these days I am seeing more and more great quality items, in interesting colours/cuts/designs. Take a look at the above wool coat - 80% virgin wool and 20% polyamide. The shock of colour is exactly what we need comes this fall/winter and the sleek, super sophisticated cut. I feel this would be just so fabulous with a berry silk blouse and a maroon lambskin leather pencil skirt, some tights and heels. Super sleek as I said.
And at £99 (in the UK online store) it feels like a bargain.
Finally, carry it like Jenna Lyons would: Just throw it over your shoulders ever so nonchalantly and show off all of the underneath bits with utter confidence.
